For you snowbirds, vacationers or permanent Florida residents, the second TCA Southern Division Train Meet & Show this winter in Florida will be held Saturday, February 22nd at the Pinellas Park Performing Arts Center in Pinellas Park near St. Petersburg. This is a new venue for us and is a beautiful, relatively new building featuring carpeted floors, plenty of free parking and better yet, it is located within blocks of 2 train stores!
The show opens to TCA members at 9:00 AM and to the public at 10:00 AM and closes at 3 PM. All available tables have been reserved so there will be plenty of trains to purchase!
This is also our last show before the Train Collectors Association National Convention that we are hosting in Jacksonville this June. For the first-time ever, this TCA Convention will be jointly held with another group - Department 56 Village Collectors. The Convention will feature tables of trains and Department 56 buildings for sale by collectors from all over the USA plus displays of rare toy trains, tours of Jacksonville area attractions, including train-related attractions, and tours of private homes with fantastic toy train and Department 56 Village collections. Therefore, we will have a Convention Information Table at this show.
