Please help!
I have a Foam Factory Pro that I bought used a long time ago. Tonight I was using it to cut through a 2" pink foam block when the wire lost all its strength. It now flops around. It also sparks badly where the wire meets its holder just above the yellow handle. I do not have any instructions and was wondering how to change the wire or if I need a new tool. You should be able to get replacement cutting wires. Look on their website.

I broke my same knife, Like mentioned above contact the factory they will help right away, they also have a booth at York,..... orange hall near lionel.

Arrow feather cutters use a suitable replacement wire. Try a spurting goods store. Another source of wire for this application is a discarded toaster.
