I preordered the Lionel B&O sd70ace and was wondering if this will be a continuing series for Lionel. I would love to see one in chessie colors. With CSX’s and BNSF’s reluctance to do a heritage program, there are many road names that haven’t been given a heritage treatment. I know some of you absolutely hate the fantasy schemes, but they are fun and different.

That’s a beauty. Unless MTH has a resurrection (very possible, but far from guaranteed), I’m a little gun shy with MTH products. I would like to build my first real (not under the tree) layout this yr, so I don’t want to divert too many resources into MTH, which is likely going to be a dead end for parts and dcs. With that said, if this were up on eBay at a steal price (unlikely due to the virus’s affect on the train market) I would be on it in a minute.

I am not a very big fan of fantasy paint schemes but the Chessie System sd70 looks quite nice.
