Yeah, that's what happened to me Erik.  Order directly from GG and assumed I'd be contacted. I even called to confirm my online reservation and was assured it was received. I know GG/SS has been very busy the past couple of years, but I don't think I'll order direct any more. I went inactive in "O" for about a year and half so I wasn't paying attention but still figured I'd be on contacted.

Thanks for responding Trevize.

Butch

The individual cars (4-4-2 and 10 and 5 or 6) did not come out yet. We are pulling together the info on these cars along with some other as yet unannounced passenger equipment to send with Scott when he visits the factory in China in June.

PRR, NYC, and SF 4-4-2 sleepers have come in previously with the Broadway Limited, 20th Century, and SF Chief trains but not as individual cars for these or other roads.

That's why no one has been notified for individual cars yet.

There ya go!

It appears everybody is having troubles getting things built at the moment in China. Is it still too expensive to build here in the US?

Thanks rheil. (appreciate it) I look forward to getting the car I ordered. I think I did it in UP two tone gray.

rheil -

I'm a bit confused.  Was that the 1937 Super Chief train a few years back, or did GGD also do the Chief?

I'm also looking forward to the 4-4-2 and 10-5 or 10-6 cars.

Marker as far as I know nobody has done the 1940 Chief correctly in O scale. Certainly not of recent. A mix of Budd and PS cars a wonderful train.

You could scratch the train using American Standard styrene kits and Mac Shops/Midland extruded kits, and some major revamping of some K-Line cars.

It would be nice it Scott would do a Chief, right.
