Search 'James Bond mini moke car-Live and Let Die'; eaglemoss diecast, 'Bond in Motion Collection. Just spotted one on Amazon for$9.99 (only 1); e-bay more. There is also a 'Tuk Tuk Taxi- Octopussy' that may work as a golf cart.
The mini moke is cool...but he's driving on the wrong side! Amazon price even with $9.99 shipping is pretty good...seeing it for $39 everywhere else. Might have to think about that and try to move the steering wheel to the correct side. Thank you for the link!
Somebody did. I got this years ago. I'll see if I can find it and see who made it. I want to say hot wheels but I'm not sure.

this would be an easy 3D model to make and print. Need dimensions.

Typical golf cart (2 seater with the bags or with the extra seats as you show it...which I like for this purpose) is about 8' long x 4' wide...about 6' to top of the roof. That image looks great...only problem with the 3D printing thought is the little man will want wheels that roll...but to get one that looks that good I'd gladly make the sacrifice...just gotta put it on the layout where he can't reach it 
That was just one I found. There are others on 3D websites that may be better with rolling wheels.
Find one you like let me know. Send me a .stl or .obj file to size and print.
I removed the wheels and the golf bag. I can slim the diameter of the axles so the wheels can rotate.
