Good Use for an Old Horse Car

Here's a photo that shows construction of the Providence & Danielson Railway (RI and Connecticut) around 1900. You can see that the vehicle on the track is an old horse car that has had most of the body removed. The dashers and hand brakes are intact, and you can make out "Elmw[ood]", one of Providence's early horsecar lines.

I've only seen logging and ore draft cars outside of big cities really. Pretty cool.
