Just had to post these.

My girls have been watching me work on trains since February when I dove headfirst back into the hobby and took over the dining room table.

Every once in a while they show some interest in what I'm doing and I jump at the chance to give them some assignments. They can both solder now (with help, but still...), They've replaced trucks for me and now they're into painting loco shells.

I had some extra shells that I had no plans for, but they fit in my 1666 and my 242, so I turned them loose. Had to show their progress.

For what it's worth, they are twins and have VERY different approaches to life as you can see in the photos. Both are works in progress, one more compete than the other.
