I'm about to start building a park in my town. The area I have for the park is pretty much a triangle with the one side bordering the main street about 48", and the other side of the park running down a side street about 21", an the third leg of the triangle will run along my "Station" track. The attached picture shows the spot where it will be. (The area to the left of Mel's Diner)
I have the Lionel Carousel, which I will be using as the centerpiece, and I intend to have park benches, walkways to the carousel etc. There will be quite a bit of grassy areas, and prior to this I have pretty much just used the fine turf from Woodland Scenics for "grassy" groundcover. I picked up a shaker bottle of what Woodland Scenics calls "Static Grass Flock", but have never used this before. The stuff seems to have a "puffy" texture to it, and I was wondering if anyone had used this product and what they thought of it.
Pictures of areas where you have used it would be very much appreciated.
