Does anybody have suggestions that will help me fix handrails on my Lionel Penn Central engine, the rails on the left side are curved info and the rails on the back have disconnected from the engine.

Could you post a pic?
Which Lionel pc loco are you referring to? The gp7 from mpc days gone or something more recent? A picture or two is much better option.
I will say one thing.The railings on my newer Legacy Heritage diesels are so delicate you almost have to re insert the styrofoam blocks in them when the locomotive is not in use.I don't have much finess…my hands are more like wrecking bars.I don't know how in the world you would fix them.I have a few broken in spots.The railings on my older MPC era locos are very ridgid.
