I'm perplexed on how to remove this battery.  The metal housing has a flange on the top and there is nothing to remove from the bottom to get the blue battery out.  I've replaced other PS2 batteries and have not had this issue.  Any suggestions?  This is a PS2 MTH Premier GP38-2 20-2860-1 Wisconsin Southern. You were right, John.  Two screws and the housing came right off as you can see.  Hard to find the screws attached because of the way the wires were wound in so tight and didn't want to cut or damage a wire.  Last time that happened to me on an engine was 6 months ago and  it cost me a board and was forced to a PS3 upgrade.  Thanks again!wi central housing
