HELP!!! Woodland Scenics Rocky Ridge Question

I would make it out of stacked foam sheets, and Woodland Scenics rock molds. Stack and glue foam sheets, carve to shape, cover in plaster soaked gauze, and add rock castings. Woodland Scenics makes everything you need, and has tutorials online. This has become my go-to way to make scenery. It’s easy and fun.
