looking to repair some mux boards are they repairable n chips available?
The boards I've seen use generic chips. That is, if you can take a photo of the chips showing the marking/lettering, one of us can tell you what/where to order replacements.
As to whether or not the chip(s) are your problem is above my pay grade - I'm not an ASC tech.
The chips are generic chips, the FET's in the boiler board are the same ones used on the PS/2 boards, and there's some resistors and a cap or two. There are also a few diodes on the boiler board, looks pretty standard to me.
Boiler board IC, bog standard LM339.
Tender board IC, another bog standard chip, the LM393.
Yes, but they are cheap enough too. G
