I wish some of these shops had better websites.

Agree! For the smaller train and hobby shops I never could understand why many owners have not made a better attempt to upgrade their websites, make better use of social media, or even delve into online sales.  I realize this would come as added labor and cost to the owner (especially using subcontracting)  but better than these smaller shops going out of business.

I also concur with all the above comments praising Chris's video production quality and on-camera demeanor. Even though Chris has a mature layout, he found it necessary to modify it to accommodate one of the cars.   I find this true in my own "old" layout. Just when I think I have everything laid out perfectly, some new car or engine comes along forcing a change to the scenery or track. The fun never ends!

Hi Chris, I enjoyed the video, reminds me of my monthly Saturday trips to Eastside Trains in Kirkland, Wa, which is about an hour's drive from my house in Tacoma, a trip that is way shorter than your three-hour drive to Toy Trains and Collectables. It's good to support our local shops.   I need to get some of those legacy track sensors.

Great resolution video ! it helped me to conclude that the engine front truck does not come with the chain despite it has the same fixture points like the back truck, which has a chain.

I still have a question: did you find an owner's manual in the box of the raider car #2227220 ?

Thanks and looking for more quality and instructing videos.
