Perhaps a funny movie, but I would prefer to see all taggers sent to forced labor camps in the gulag. With a daily crust of bread and itchy clothing.
Oddly enough, Second City Television was kinda forced to use the "MacKenzie Brothers" on a regular basis. The show was filmed in Canada, so the original 30 min. episodes of SCTV had to have two minutes of "Canadian Content". When someone from the Canadian government told them about it, they said "so, could we just sit around eating back bacon and drinking Molson while wearing tooks and parkas and talking about hockey for two minutes?" and the guy said basically they could - just so it was Canadian, eh?
Oh blah blah blah with your over the top punishment for taggers. Take away their welfare so they have to get jobs and don't have time to paint their names on other people's stuff
