Ok, I don’t want to break anything but I’m stumped. I want to install an MTH ETD truck on one of my Premier Coal hoppers. I’ve removed the screws from the bottom but cannot see/find any way to separate the bottom to gain access to the truck mounting screw?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! I have to be not seeing something!

There is two screws one on each side of the truck, remove them. Then as you push with one hand the sides of the hopper over the truck outward, push the angled piece toward the center of car, you can get one finger in there from the end. It should come out but the paint makes it stick. If you push the sides out enough you will hear it break loose.

This worked perfectly! I was pushing in the wrong area thinking the entire floor separated from the body.
Thanks for the great help!
