How hard would it be to make one of these gondola's in O gauge?

Williams/Bachmann just came out with their O gauge Eggliner. I think this would be a fun little piece when people come over to see my layout. I know someone did these in G scale but I think this would be cool to put candy, Easter eggs. You get the idea. These are not my images. This is just for egg-sample!
