I’m trying to download a copy of the users manual for a 6-38993 WM GP35. But I can’t seem to locate the manual on Lionel’s new website. I could find and download the manual on the old site. But not on this one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It's not there, at least not yet, except in paper form, which would have to be ordered and shipped.
We've been watching the roll-out of this new parts site for almost a year now. It's capabilities are so-so, and if we're really lucky they'll be end up being at least usable in the end.
Presently the data isn't complete, for instance your manual. But they do continue to add listings weekly or monthly. With any luck it will show up as a download soon.

I think this is the manual you are looking for. Its from a different Legacy GP35 (Norfolk & Western 6-38799) that is the same vintage as yours. As you know, Lionel used the same manual for many different road names of the same engine.
