It might be related to the fact that the Digital Subscription doesn't show up on your posts.

Note that it does show up on mine.

Of course... Maybe I have the "Light" Digital version.  It was the prize for the "Wear you OGR" contest at York.

Actually, it's quite common to have people complaining that the tag doesn't get added, Alan usually jumps on it pretty quickly.

I have had a digital subscription for a year and been able to access the video forums.  Yesterday, my subscription automatically renewed, and today I get the message that I don't have permission to access the video forums.  I just checked that I can access the digital issues, and I am able to do that.  So, my digital subscription must be active.

Who do I need to contact to get my access to the video forums restored?

I fixed this.  You have a full year digital subscription but because it was a prize for the "Wear Are You" contest, the automated program didn't tag your avatar.  You should be good to go on both the digital sub access and the video access.

Vince...note that the system now has the DS role showing in your avatar.  It generally takes up to 24-48 hours for full access to both the digital issues and digital videos.  You are good to go now.
