I don't have many pieces of K-line but most of what I have are broken somewhere. I have a never used K2733-5018HC EP-5 electric engine and when I opened it I discovered it has a crack in the pilot skirt. Can anyone tell me where to buy replacement parts for K-line. This is a 1998 model.

Try Brasseur Electric Trains, Inc. web site. I bought one from them a long time ago. Expensive part (around$25) but if you need it they are one of the few with K Line parts. Lenny J
Glue the existing one. 
John, my mistake, I should have said there is a piece cracked off, I don't know how easy it would be to glue it back on or how it will look afterwards. Since the engine is new, I think I'll go for a new part. Lenny, thank you, I will try Brasseur. If there are any other suppliers, please let me know in case he doesn't have it.

Well, you could give the glue a try, you might be surprised. You can do some pretty neat stuff with JB Weld behind the scenes, I've done repairs you'd never notice unless I turned the item over.
After all, the option to buy one is still available if you don't like the results.
