Does Lionel have a registry of the color paint they use on locomotives. I have a Lionel CSX AC6000 shell that I am trying to repair 6-28298. I have a number of grays but none are a good match. It is only two small areas that I am trying to match. I suppose one thing to try is blending the close colors. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Marty, what are the paints you have. If none are scalecoat try minuteman for their scale coat paint chart.....Paul 2

i have a Tamiya sky grey which is too light the other paints are craftsmart and apple barrel grays which I have used on various items on the layout. The color on the locomotive looks to be a fairly dark gray.
