Yes there is. go to the app store and do a search for O gauge magazine, it'll show up.
that is an I phone app not an I pad app unless I looked at it wrong.

No iPad app per say, however I just bookmarked the home page and added it to the Desktop, works a log nicer than the iPhone App for most things.
I think Rich mentioned there is one coming shortly, along with an Android app

There are native apps for the Android and iPad coming for the OGR Digital Library, not this forum. The forum works just fine in Safari on an iPad.
