Looks like there are 3 viable options:
1. LCS modules - Expensive but easy plug-and-play setup
2. Hybrid LCS and older serial ASC modules - Less costly but a little more complex to wire
3. JRMI - Not sure about cost, but most complexity to set up. Also the most flexibility to do what you want it to do
Of course, if one is not comfortable with more complex wiring and setup, the need for a professional layout builder would make it the most costly option.
