Issues connecting iPad and iphone to wiu

A amtrack5899OGR Forum Member SUPPORTING MEMBERDIGITAL SUBSCRIBER

I have 3 TIU’s with 3 WIU’s.  I have a IPad mini 4 that connects and works fine.  

My Ipad pro11 inch max and IPhone 12 max will not connect.  I have tried deleting  and reinstalling the MTH WIFI network but I get the same error message on the WI-FI DCS screen

“ No WIU/TIUs found. Make sure your iOS device is connected to the same network your WIU is on “. My wifi screen under settings indicates that I am connected to the MTHDCSWIFI .  What is my next troubleshooting step?
