Hello, I am having issues signing up my son for the OGR forum. Would anyone have information for a forum admin that I can contact so that I can figure out what I am doing wrong. I really would like to have him become a member of the forum. He really has a passion for trains and can learn a lot as a member. Thank you in advance for your help.

Likely because the IP address is the same right? .aybe even the same machine? It won't let you start another name up from one IP. (one profile per guest stops the troll name change game somewhat) You might try from a device with a different IP (phone, etc) but it may bounce you by listed home address as well; I'm not sure. Once the account is started, I think you can access any one account at a time from any machine.
Otherwise, send an email to them or "report" my reply, that will get some attention if this alone doesn't 😉
They always seem pretty on top of their mail and help posts to me.
It could be an issue if he is a minor. In that case, future members are manually approved on a case by case basis. Don't ask me how I know.
You can either wait a while for the manual approval to be processed, or we can see if either @OGR CEO-PUBLISHER or @Rich Melvin can help.
We have reviewed the three attempts to set up another account under the physical address provided in the applications and each time you were sent a notice explaining why the decline took place AND were told to contact info@ogaugerr.com BEFORE re-applying. To this date, we have not received an email from you. Bottom line....generally only one account per household is allowed per our terms of service. Your son should be able to access the forum via your current account either by sharing with him your sign-in credentials or by your staying signed in.
