Looks like a Merry Mid-Year Christmas for me (in June/ July) with an engine and diner coming before the long-awaited Legacy SP crane. Unfortunately the latter has been repeatedly delayed already but it must be a VERY complicated piece of assembly for any manufacturing plant.

P.S. Belated thanks to Mr Muffin for posting this; your reward is that my biggest purchase (ouch!) is from you.

Time to call that LHS and see what's up with their supplier.  I don't follow LC+ stuff all that much, but several online stores are showing this in-stock.  And Lionel's web store even has it for sale.

I'm unsure if maybe this should be a separate topic or not, but I'm curious about shipping of the LionChief Universal Remote.  The last I had heard it was supposed to ship in May, but that was from my local hobby shop before it closed a few months back.  The remote is not listed on any shipping schedule I've seen, Sku 6-83071.
