I helping clean out an estate and stumbled upon this. I don't know a lot about this sort of item, but I'm learning. As best as I can glean, this version is from 1910. It obviously was a hit with some kid, as it has been well played with. And one end of the roof piece is missing. My questions are; How rare is this item, and what is it worth? BTW, I did not find the box for it.

The lithograph roof and base are what make this station special. Very nice.
