I just got off the phone with Jeff as I placed my order, he is the best!!! But he told me that this is the busiest he has ever been, Said he had 30 phone orders today, He has been getting up to 40 per day and had to hire a helper. This pandemic has all us guys home working on trains. Its not just us, many repairmen from stores are placing orders. I am so happy for him, he is the nicest guy. I just am finding it so fascinating that he is basically doing 150-175 orders a week for the past few months. I though it was just worthy of discussion.

Based on this thread I decided to be a first-time customer for Jeff Kane.   


On-line order acknowledged VERY quickly (he replied he was working into the evening!!).  Received the package in under a week (NY to MI), first class (very acceptable shipping charge).   Everything packaged like it came from the U.S. Mint!  

I WILL be a repeating customer, for sure!

...All of which is in the perspective of having earlier tried to contact two parts sources located more locally using their website info.....and never getting a reply.

This is how you run a successful business!  A very stellar event in this pandemic time......just what I needed!
