My RR was more of a test bed to see what I could or couldn't do in O gauge. Instead of building a normal layout like most people do, I wanted to see if I could push things a little further towards realism in train lengths, helpers, etc.

 It has stalled lately as I'm busy with other things. I did prove to myself that long trains with helpers does work. So hopefully the new RR will start soon. I do think I will go with a bi-level layout to stretch out the train moves. It may not end up a museum quality one. I would hope that it becomes a runner's layout that keeps me satisfied. I will try to add switching moves to keep me busy for years ahead. Maybe someday, even find others to run with in the area.
