Does anyone know where I can purchase this set? Or any ACL passenger set in the purple color scheme?

Aside from what may come up on this Forum in response to your Post, according to MTH's website one of their dealers (Grand Central Ltd. in Lincoln Nebraska) has the 5-car 70 ft. set (20-6571). Good Luck!
Hi PH
Thanks for the reply. Yes I have reached out to Rick at GCL. Apparently it’s via one of his distributors whom I have been waiting for weeks but no word yet. Hopefully once we Start transitioning back to some sense of normalcy. I will hear something. In the meantime the quest continues. Thanks again for the info.

Ever hear anything?
Yes Rick was able to obtain the set for me. I also recently received to add-on cars from train loft from Jeff. Mission accomplished! On to the next set. Thanks for your help.
Glad you found the set. A fellow passenger car enthusiast once described the K Line ACLs heavyweights as collectors item. I can't disagree.
I have the K Line Valdosta dining car and the 101 Observation (Madison 18" Heavyweights) that I bought simply because they are exceptionally well-done passenger cars with a beautiful paint scheme. Though I doubt that the Valdosta dining car was ever used by the Illinois Central in the "City of Miami" passenger train, my Premier MTH "City of Miami" consist looks great with the ACL purple, silver, and yellow livery car set in the center of the yellow and green.
That’s the beauty of this hobby. We can do whatever we want and think looks good.. Please send pics. Would love to see that vibrant combination of your layout.
I will. It is a good reason for me to run the IC City as I have not had it on the layout for quit a few months
I'm amazed these stores had product to sell and seemingly kept it a secret. 🤷♂️ Glad you were able to get what you wanted in the end!
