I have the K-Line K-7702 and K-77023 Articulated Flat Cars w/ Trailers. Both sets came with plastic trucks and couplers. Does anyone know where I might get replacement trucks with couplers for the two ends and just the truck without coupler that goes in the middle that are made of die cast metal?

You might try Williams. They are now using the K-Line dies to produce their front runners, but I don't know if the truck attachments are the same. The trucks for the K-Line "Front Runners" and double stacks are different from regular K-Line trucks - they attach from the bottom rather than from the top like the regular ones. I converted a set of trucks once for exactly this purpose and it was a pain - I had to machine out the hole in the trucks using an odd-size counterbore and pilot set on a drill press. Converting the rest of my K-Line intermodal fleet is on the "someday" list.
