This is a good idea for a discount, Scott. I will try to take advantage of it.

We're trying out some of the suggestions we've received. Depending on how well it does, we may try a few more.

The other day as I was trying to sign on to the site I was asked to prove I was not a robot.  After about eight tries I finally gave up and decided to keep my money.

What were you using to sign up? Computer, tablet, phone? Windows, Mac, Android, Apple? I can give that information to our IT department and see if it's an issue we can fix.

Bill,

What did Scott do to deserve this level of wrath?

Hobbies were created to be calming, and to teach patience.  Can we find some here?

Please give him a little time to work this out.  I'm sure he will -- he's a stand-up guy.  Furthermore, Trainz is not only a good sponsor for this forum but also, from my experience, generally a pleasure to work with.  They'll make it right.

Thanks Scott, for your patience, with all of us.  Keep up the good work.

Mike

This may help. I've been frustrated by these captcha tests also. One trick I've learned when being asked to identify the picture is to only select 4 boxes. It will ask you to identify all of the stoplights, motorcycles etc. Technically parts of the thing you've been asked to find is visible in more than four boxes. But it wants you to select the four "primary" images that contain the thing being asked for. You didn't do anything to trigger it. I'm not exactly sure what the mechanism is that triggers it, but it's not a punishment for doing something wrong. I hope this helps and sorry for the inconveniece.

No problem.  I gave you money the following day.
