Need some fresh info; works fine in TMCC; has sounds but not movement in conventional. Did several resets as per K Line manuals found here on the forum; using Z4000 and Cab 1. Swapped two R2LC C08 and no change. All function work in TMCC. Any ideas or help apprciated; Falcon70

Did you remove AC power from the Base and not just unplug the track wire? Just a thought.

Classic issue with the K-Line cruise module. If the typical K-Line cruise resets don't work, I personally don't know how to fix these. I have a number of the K-Line cruise modules in a drawer that have all failed in some unique way, nature of the beast.
John, I totally agree with you; other than replacing the DCDR I see no other solution; beautiful engine but K Line cruise at times is problematic; thanks; Falcon70
I don't think that one is a model that generates the chuff with the K-Line Cruise, so the ERR Cruise Commander M should be a pretty easy replacement.

Found a K LIne manual for their 4-6-6T tank engine; used a reset code of AUX 1 + ENG ID# + SET + AUX 1 +74; conventional works normally as does TMCC; go figure; K Line cruise is a mystery to me but this is one running again; have no idea when i printed out the K Line tank engine manual; Falcon 70
