This is great news to hear that RMT will be selling the SuperSnap line! I just bought a box of used SuperSnap track for $30. It had 3 10", 4 Track Terminals with surge protection, 2 Uncoupling Track, 3 90` Crossovers, 4 45` 31", 4 90` curve 31" and a Left 31" Turnout. This is my first experience with SuperSnap and I'm very impressed. My pre-war engine and rolling stock run better on it than on AtlasO track (flanges don't bounce on the ties.) I was worried that I would be on a snipe hunt trying to find more SuperSnap track.

I tried to make a figure 8, but realized I need special size track coming off of the 90` crossover. Does anyone know what size I need to complete the figure 8?

I just looked in their catalog and found this for curves.

0-31
0-54
0-63
0-72
0-81
0-96
0-120

Straights will be:
5"
10"
20"
30"
40"

So, I gues they will have O-54 after all. But I think it depends on how well they sell what hey have now. I plan to buy a bunch if they have another sale in September.

I have and use this track on my Christmas layout. I love it it has held up good my only issue is that if you dont use Track pins in the Rails sometimes you loose power to the sections.  The tabs on the ends on the old style of the track are fragile and will break. also loosing connectivity.  With this said I have been using this track now for several years and I love the looks and the quality. That was the only downside i found to the Super SnaP Track.

Lionel kept the old 042 kline switches I think as they have been in there catalogs in the past. One Question for owners/users.How good are the 072 and 031 kline switches? Any problems ( switch motors, engines go through rough or bumpy, dead spots ect.)? They look good in the photos, but I have never used them. Feedback from users would be handy to know before purchase. Thanks!

to Lionelzw  - I have some of the 0-31  Older K line and Lionel K-line - 1 out of 5 has had problems - works for a while and the will on;y remotely turn one way ot the other. I've had 4 repaired by some one who can open them up and do resoldering on the fine wires in the switch motors.( I think that was what went). The 0-72 switches worked fine.

I used 6 of them for high speed movements as crossovers from one loop to another. Dont see very many on E***.

RMT has them coming out soon. I'm going to try a pair. Walter says they have improved them from the K-line design.
