I felt it important to let everyone know what great service is provided by Steve at Ross Custom Switches (RCS).
I am building a new large (32' by 16') layout. I thought about using Atlas track, but I was swayed by the RCS "Made in America" advertisement in the OGR magazine. I took the plunge and ordered most of the track I would need (do we ever have enough track?) I am glad I did. The track is awesome, less expensive and Steve goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. I had some damage to some of the ties (probably due to rough shipping) and Steve sent me replacements right away. Thanks Steve!
