My beloved Dodgers finally win the series. Any sign of a commemorative car for this awesome event?
Please let me know if anyone hears something

Didn't MPC release Lionel box cars under a MLB license years ago?
Perhaps now it's time for Mark, The Menards Train Guy to take action?
I thought MTH has/had the MLB license. However I do seem to remember that Lionel made a LA Dodgers car several years back. Not expecting anything from MTH right now though
Lionel has made many MLB cars...both current team versions and some that were in a Cooperstown Collection series. Like my old Washington Senators.
Good to hear Lionel has the license, for some reason I thought it was MTH. Now to keep my fingers crossed.
Perhaps since it was a short season it will be a gondola instead of a full box car
The last World Series Champion Car Lionel made was for the Royals World Series win in 2015. They then did Spring Training Cars in early 2016, but then lost or didn't renew the contract with MLB (what I heard), so I had to make my own Cubs Champion Car:

Maybe just an ore car since 102 games were chopped off the regular season or a hot box reefer with an asterisk recognizing the disastrous pandemic-abbreviated season. What about an appropriately liveried hobo car with an umpire chasing a #10 jersey-clad Dodger with flowing auburn locks?
What, me worry?
There is no O Gauge manufacture that currently has an MLB license. Lionel let it go years ago and no one else has dared pick it up. It’s a high risk, low reward category for an O gauge manufacturer these days. Your best bet will be DIY or RGS Trains.
Lets see there are 30 major league baseball teams and one World Series winner each year.
Not much of a market opportunity for a train manufacture.

No, not much of a market, but it does make a great train.
Lionel and MTH only made 3 freight cars each, but I got two Lionel uniform cars and switch one around so I can show off the home uniform and the away uniform.
So I have an 11 car MLB train.
OK, OK. Here is your car! Enjoy - Jim

Looks Awesome Allan! I’ll take one! Go Cubs Go!!!
Thanks Kevin. It was pretty easy to do - just some masking/painting and putting on decals. If you want them, I can send them to you.
Car, if made, should have an *.
C&O Allan: Your decal jobs are some of the most professional I've ever seen.
Did you ever visit Hall's Hobby House in Dallas? If you never had the opportunity to meet "Miss Hall" you missed your train! A grand lady who always greeted her customers (new or old) with a huge Texas sized smile. The Thursday evening Bull Sessons with fellow model railroaders and all the good hot coffee you could drink (for free too!) remains unforgettable to all the guys and gals who knew Bobbye Hall personally.
Hall's Hobby House was indeed, a Texas institution, but known worldwide.
Dominic,
I hope the * is for the Dodgers Car
Thanks TRBB. I have not visited them since I live in Austin, I don't get up to Dallas much. I used to go to the UT vs. OU game every year, but not really. But I decided I wanted a UT car:

But only one team counts.. GO DODGERS!

Does it play "The Eyes of Texas" or derail when Gabriel blows his horn?
What, me worry?
So it was posted there should be an asterisk on a Dodgers world series box car. So does that mean there should be a little trash can on an Astros world series box car😁
