Last Call for the Lionel/RMLI SKU 6-58555 Twin produce Trailers on Flatcar!

NEWS FLASH! 

         The 6-58555 "artwork for approval" model has just been received from Lionel!!  It is a beautiful car!  Once again the folks at Lionel and their partners in China have created an outstanding model.  Artist George Wybenga's watercolors on the trailers are crisp and just the right vibrancy for the artwork.  The weight of the empty flatcar is impressive.  All of the stamped images are crisp and opaque.  The RMLI approved all of the craftsmanship and artwork on this model today!  We expect delivery late June early July 2016.

After a three month delay we were happy to mail out your "Dual Produce Trailers on Flatcar" Collectible Cars on Tuesday, June 28th!  We at the Railroad Museum of Long Island hope you are enjoying the great workmanship Lionel put into these cars!!  We love 'em!

AND, for those of you who ordered the "Steam Up LIRR 39" Made in America Boxcar, we were able to send them to you on July 14 because of the outstanding control Lionel has on their "Made in America" cars.  We anticipated a November 2016 mailing of that car but it's "Christmas in July!!"  Enjoy your cars!

Our team is hard at work on our Spring 2016 car and I'm happy to report that it will be a design on another Lionel "Made in America" boxcar - watch for our announcement this Fall right here on the "O Gauge Railroad Forum!"
