Hey,
I am tearing my 2R layout down. All the hand built 2R 125 switches will be for sale along with salvaged rail. Every loco, car, all my detail and parts stash, An kits, die cast vehicles, building kits, scenery supplies and anything else I can find will be listed too. I am here for just a minute today. I will be back in about 10 days with the list on the for sale forum. The layout room is being converted to a new master suite.

Yikes! Malcolm! All that great modeling work going by the wayside. Sigh! I guess you gotta do what ya gotta do. I'm sorry you didn't have another option. Your layout.....switches.... track work... custom engines.... custom cabeese and attention to detail were inspiring. I wish there was a way to save your fine work. Tom in PGH

What's going on? I see radical decisions here and ones that you could regret in the future. Even if you take your layout down, you should at least keep your Cabeese business and scratch building passion alive.
Man, if you are not happy, nobody will be happy around you. Maybe you cannot share what is going on, but re-think it twice or thrice before selling all of it away. Passions are what is keeping us alive and perking. If you give it up to please other people, you are just becoming their shadow......

Take pleasure in knowing your hard work allowed many of us to enjoy our model railroads in more prototypical form and your cabeese are circling layouts all over the country.
