Hey folks. Many of you have seen my glorious  train table in the "What did you do today?" thread. A proper home for my trains. (Woo! 4x8!) I'm new to SCARM and have tried to 3Dify what I'm planning to do but I can't finger out the terrain editor on it so I'm just going to post it as is. Imagine a hill separating the uppermost and middle track to about 2/3 the way down the 8' length. The plan is for an elevated bumper trolley and a short trestle along the front. I have 2" foamboard so there shouldn't be an issue with the depth of anything. The left side is all underground and the loop on the right side fits, it's already  on my table - no worries there.

I plan to have the back of the "mountain" open so the inside of the tunnel is visible (just in case, we all know what can happen in there, especially with my old 1121 switches...) and have the middle siding in the diagonal as a "block" section so I can park a locomotive on the siding and shunt around with another one. The raised section will have it's own transformer control (I have a 4050 brick for it) and the rest will be done with my CW80. I have a PW ZW but it's too big to fit anywhere on the layout without adding a shelf - possibility, then I wouldn't need the 4050. Either or.

Thoughts?
