A member of the Boston Metro High Railers will be in Seattle for the Pats-Seahawks game the weekend of Oct. 12-14...  He is interested in visiting any layouts that are in the area that might be open for viewing...  His time for touring layouts is limited to just Saturday, October 13... Can those of you in the Seattle area list any potential layouts that he might be able to visit...

Thanks in advance...

don't know about oscale or hi-rail, but there's a very nice, large HO club layout (puget sound model engineers club) in the washigton state history museum in Tacoma. it is

very computerized and the modeling is very good. all based on prototype structures in the area. also, if you are interested in automobiles, the new Lemay auto museum has one of the country's premier collections in a brand new building, very well displayed. The Lemay is only about 10 minutes from the historical museum.

Hi Jim,

I'd be happy to show your club member the NWTL layout.  However, it would have to be sometime on Friday, 10/12.  If he's flying in Friday afternoon I'd be willing to pick him up at the airport if it helps.  I'm not at the layout on Saturday or Sunday.  The NWTL is a 15 minute drive from Eastside Trains, so it usually makes a good double header for folks visiting.
