See picture of board in a Legacy Heavy Mike chassis. When I remove a body I always label or draw a picture of where all the plugs go. Somehow I missed which of the two connector plugs the handrail antennas go in as shown on upper left of board. The front 2 pin plug is labeled R-EC and the rear plug 2 pin is labeled F-EC , Which should I plug the antenna into or does it matter?

So under your wiring harness plug is where the connector is hiding.

Do not plug the antenna into "the front 2 pin plug is labeled R-EC and the rear plug 2 pin is labeled F-EC".
EC is electrocoupler, F for Front, and R, for Rear.
Drawing a diagram or labeling is good but, with the ease of having instant pictures readily available on a cell phone, whenever I'm starting a repair, train or otherwise, I always take a few photographs in case my memory is a little off. 
The ability to zoom in on a specific area of the picture can be very helpful.
