Legacy K4 Pacific - no sounds | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I purchased this new Polar RR K4 with Legacy last October (6-11330). It responded to Legacy remote, but no sounds. The Railsounds Lite board was replaced, and it had a successful test run, but now there's no sounds again. Tired the reprogramming, no-go, tried both manual speed dial and Legacy volume, no-go. Everything seems to be working except there's no sounds. Has anyone experienced this before, and have any clues to what could be wrong.
