Tim, I'm very interested. I don't see any narrative about used or new in box, etc. The photos are dated "2012". Can you provide a bit more description please.

Davin, The site new format has me a little confused to where I actually add the description of the product. It's not new, gently used, I can't recall when I purchased it. The photo was taken before it was installed on my annual layout. I had the dream of a permanent layout but the required room and time was lacking. I'm looking to liquidate all of my train stuff in the near future. when removed it was working. and I will confirm that it operates before shipping. This is late model release the box is under it in the photo. hope this helps.
