I just got the E-1 out of box and running it on AtlasO54/O72 track using Legacy - the unit runs great - i like the paint scheme etc - but i have a question on the Horn - when i pull down on my Lionel Remote - the horn sounds for a second and they cuts out - i tried moving the horn button down slowly and it again sounds for about a second cuts out until i return the button to middle and then pull down on it again and the horn sounds for a brief - not sure if this is normal - i am used to getting good responses from Legacy engines when using the horn - longer "blasts" - not sure if i should return to Lionel - any help would be appreaciated

no horny issues with my E1 or E3.

I had to returm mine due to a bad board. Crashed the first week. Call your dealer.

If the horn control works for other locomotives, this sounds like either the speaker or maybe a bad sound board.
