Well at least its the 15th and not the 13th!
Anybody have any advanced intel? Hoping for a p&le berkshire using the MTH molds—
More Berkshire’s are always welcome
A Hudson or Mohawk with a Selkirk boiler front would be cool
How about a re release of the PRR CCII!
Got a hunch PRR T-1’s are in our future
Seeing a lionmster M1 would be nice

Good but I hope its not the demonstrator models that MTH and 3rd Rail put out several times over!
A little birdy told me there will be UP early Challengers
So the challengers are only in UP, no other road names?
That would be nice to have a M1 in Lionmaster.

A Challenger would be nice.
here is my speculation video although i forgot to mention a rerun of lionchief plus 2.0 berkshires including a new christmas version and an LC2.0 GS4
If it is an early challenger one could also see a D&H version and a few others WM rio grande I believe
Last I heard a run of moguls was planned soon, forgot if it was this catalog or the next. Lionel has been very good to us New Haven fans in the last few years, I hope it continues with a New Haven mogul with the B&M arched cab window tooling.

I have heard Lionel acquired the SF 2900 class tooling. I am hoping it will be released in this catalog.
if they have the usra 0-6-0 tooling could they make New Hope and ivyland number 9?
How about an NH EP3,4 or 5 electric using the MTH tooling?

ooh i wish i could afford one of those
This is very interesting, the LCCA National Convention (Lionel Collectors Club of America) will be happening soon this month and I hope they will have the new catalogs available at that time. Also, if any of you OGR Forum members are attending, my layout will be on their tour Monday the 25th, come say hello, we will have fun. Happy Railroading Everyone

Is the demonstrator with the portholes up on the pilot/under the smokebox?
Still hoping for some modern diesels. I really want both an ET44AC/ET44C4 and SD70ACe-T4. I'd get the BNSF or UP versions of each engine.

Couldn't agree more! I'd be game as well for any UP or BNSF offerings. Also hoping for a rerun of the diecast diesels.

Ryan mentioned in an interview that they acquired both the ATSF 5011 class Texas and 2900 Class Northern tooling from MTH. They ran the Texas first because they had just run the ATSF 3751 class in 2019, and figured that the 3751 and 2900 classes are close enough (they aren't) that most hobbyists wouldn't know the difference.

I had a feeling that is what they did. Then again, neither class look similar besides the 3751 class receiving the larger tender in their later years. Either way, I hope they are in this issue of the catalog.

Yes but also has the keystone emblem on pilot, full length side skirts, and the tender is decorated with the big circle keystone as well.
Future Baldwin delivered PRR T1's has no side skirts, the three portholes on the front, and a light on the pilot.
As i am gathering intel on this new catalog, lionel may have purchased many MTH Premier line steamers. If so Lionel would have the MTH demonstrator T1.

idk how i would afford it but a penn central fantasy scheme on the premier t1 tooling or on q2 tooling would be awesome
Has someone gotten a sneak peek at the catalog?
Terrance
Maybe they’ll have some Santa Fe F3’s!
Oh, wait…….
only 7 more days to go
So, the catalog is do out the 15th, when will it be available online? Happy Railroading Everyone

Thank you @paigetrain, I’ll wait patiently, if that’s possible, I always love looking at the new catalogs and seeing what’s the latest and greatest? Thanks for the reply. Later
I hope there is a Delaware and Hudson early challenger— that I’d get
4 Days
I am sure that whatever is in the catalog that there will be many, many complaints posted about what is/is not in the catalog!

Why bother waiting? Why not just buy a Q2 and like the Rolling Stones sings it...Paint it black...
Will you include the catalogs with an order being shipped out in the next month?
