Re: Lionel 21" pass Car coupler plate

Has anyone printed or is thinking about printing the kinamatic coupler flat plate for Lionel 21" passenger cars. I will move the plates toward the center of the cars about 1/4". I need to fill in the inside end of the plate by about 0.163" so the coupler will not move much when the train is backed up. If no one is interested I am planning to buy some plastic to fill in this spot. Thanks Bruce

The spring holds the coupler to the back of the bracket. If you move the bracket back you should cut the spring by the amount you move the plate.
