Good Morning Guys and Gals,

Have a question on the round rotating disk reverse and forward. The motor when it is setting level looks like a slanted "A". Is there a proper way of lining the 2 parts of the disk up before wiring. I forgot to take a picture of it before I took it apart. Then to start the rewiring on a clock type configuration. 2 wires north and south and the other 2 east and west. I have taught myself to rewire the motors and a few other things but this throws me. Really could use the help.

Jon,

The reason I am asking this question is :

1. Loco did not run because the slider did not touch the center rail, added solder to the bottom of the  slider and ran like  new.

2. Ran for several months and came to a dead stand still. Loco is now sparking at the slider all over and motor hums with trying to move.

Any ideas?
