Lionel 4-6-0 Driver Diameter

Could anybody please tell me the diameter of the drivers on the Legacy/ TMCC 4-6-0s? Looking for the wheel itself, not the flanges. 

I measured the diameter at about 1.42 inches which translates to 68.2 inches full scale. My New York Central reference book lists the diameter as 69 inches for the class F-2b and F-12b 4-6-0 steam engines which corresponds to 1.4375 inches (1-7/16 inches).
