Great review Eric and really interesting set.
Eric,
I liked this set since I first saw it in the catalog and I do not know why. I am not fond of electric engines never owned a GG I and really don’t like pre war stuff. But I still like this engine and your review.

Just picked this set up this passed weekend, did not have a chance to run it yet. I also got the extra cars.
Thanks for the review, I always enjoy your video's and find them very informative.

Terrific review Eric, great looking set.
Fantastic review, Erie, great set and nice action running scenes...beautiful layout shots too.
Nice run-down on the set - it's a beauty. Was the original state car labeled "CALIFOR-I-NIA" or is that a factory typo?
SORRY, but there is only ONE state set, the original standard gauge version! The REAL 6 1/2 pound, 21" long steel passenger cars surpass that "wanna be" set any day of the week!
OK 🙄
Hey Eric - cool set 👍🏼
Thx
I thought this was a cool set when it came out late last year. I have the Polar Bi-Polar (Tri-Polar) and it's absolutely awesome. I'm surprised it took so long to review the set. I wonder if you can still find them.

No, they could spell properly in the late 1920's.
I'm sensing a pattern between Califorinia and Missiouri.

Don't know if this set is still available, I do know there were only two sets of add-on's available and I got one of them.
Some dealers may still have them in stock. Got mine at a very good price because the guy that ordered it didn't pick it up.
We have 1 set w/ 4 cars, plus the 2 car 'add-on' set available. Harry

I was trying to order USA standard gauge track on your site and found you don't have any. Are you getting some more in? how can I get some?
Thanks,
Joe
Joe,
We used to be exclusive dealer for U.S.A. track, but the owners killed the deal. We were selling box fulls. They have went to selling direct only. You will have to contact them. I can personally vouch that it is the "BEST TRACK" made. Harry
I love your review. But as far as being Bi-Polar, I don't even LIKE bears.
Great review Eric. Watched it last night.
I was able to grab a set last week. Looking for a good deal on the add on cars I understand it’s a sound car but there super expensive.
Good luck finding the extra cars. I know Lionel is sold out of them.
There are two extra cars one is a sound car.
