I have a very similar book. The cover on mine has three additional lines above "1970-1979". They are:

Catalogs
Flyers
Folders.

My book includes a 1979 Fundimensions Crafts catalog too. This is the last catalog bound in the book, and even shows plastic model kits.
It has no identification as to who made it.
Bought it at a train meet years ago.

I took some photos of my book, and looked it over quickly (had not had it out in a long time).

The first (1970) catalog in mine is different than Doc's. He has the catalog that folds out into a poster. As far as I know, that is considered a consumer catalog. My book has the booket style 1970 catalog. That is considered a dealer catalog.

The first two pages in the 1971 catalog appear to be out of order. (Or were the catalogs published that way).

The 1979  Fundimensions Crafts catalog includes Lionel Trains. My book does not have a separate 1979 Lionel Trains only catalog.
