My modern cattle loader has the cattle with the felt-like base.  They don't seem to want to cooperate with the system.  They move out of the cattle car fairly well and partially down the ramp in the coral, but at the turns they just stall.  Higher voltage doesn't help.

I know that post-warcattle had rubber fingers on the base.  I wonder if these would behave any better ?

I have found the newer cattle with mohair on the bottom work better than the rubber fingered ones. If you do try the older cattle, be sure they are original. Reproduction ones are made of a too hard rubber and bounce and fall over. I would say the corral needs some adjustments on the adjustment nuts in the corners.

I've tried loosening the nuts.  Maybe I didn't loosen them enough.
